The Charlie Rose Story
A Local Legacy Since 1958
It all started in 1958, when Charlie Rose opened his doors in a little red house in Downtown Campbell, CA. What began as a small local business became a beloved community staple, serving generations of baseball and softball players, families, and leagues.
In October 2025, Brandon Vallance and Wes Fahmy, alongside Steve Piechota and Diana Vallance, proudly took the reins with one mission: honor the Charlie Rose legacy while taking it to the next level.
New Owners. Same Hometown Feel.
It all came together when Diana discovered Charlie Rose was for sale and jumped at the opportunity. The team brings decades of business experience and a shared love for the game. Steve built a multimillion-dollar business from scratch, Brandon is a renowned sports photographer featured by ESPN, Topps, and Getty Images, and Wes brings a strong business background and seven years of Little League coaching experience.
As parents of kids playing local Little League and travel ball, we’re not just serving this community - we’re part of it. We’re on the same fields, cheering from the same sidelines, and sharing the same passion for the game.
Since taking over, we’ve revitalized Charlie Rose with the latest gear, hottest brands, expanded apparel, and a stronger commitment to softball. We also introduced state-of-the-art HitTrax-powered batting cages, giving players of all ages a place to train, compete, and have fun.
