As the president of Quito Little League I purchased team uniforms, caps, batting tees, bats, gloves, had catcher's mitts repaired, conducted registration events there and the staff hit a home run every time.
The crew are very knowledgeable and friendly and make the visit pretty fun. I conducted a summer camp for local kids and purchased the tee shirts from Charlie Rose. I'm working with Big Mike and he's on top of every detail!  The hats arrived early, the shirts are on schedule and I was able to see proofs of everything before the work had begun to make sure all details were correct. They carry cool bamboo bats which the kids love! I purchased my 13 year old son's catcher's mitt from CR after consulting with Drew to find just the right fit.

  • Working with CRB has been fantastic!  This was my first year serving as Equipment Manager, for little league, and I needed extra help.  Mike Gemo has assisted in making good decisions for our league.  I have used them to order shirts, hats, and team equipment, so far.  They are timely with giving me the options, quotes, and lead times.  Every time “Gemo” has given me an expected delivery date, CRB has always delivered before the expected date!  I frequently call back with changes and additional needs, and they always accommodate me.  The store and facility are centrally located and nicely arranged.  Front end service is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.  I am very satisfied with my league purchasing experience with CRB and look forward to continuing our league relationship.

  • When my son was drafted to his team I instantly became the team mom coordinator. I knew just where to go to get my uniforms. I stopped by Charlie Rose Baseball and ordered them. The staff there was so helpful and they made the task so smooth and easy for me! Within a week I had a full set of uniforms for my son’s team! Not only did they help me with the uniforms but they helped me pick out gear for my four year old daughter who just started t-ball. She was so happy with her pink glove, helmet, bat bag, and cleats. San Jose Pacific Pony has also ordered all of their gear for their league and it has been received in a timely manner.

  • Our first visit to Charlie Rose happened to fall on their Grand Opening Day.  I have found at other stores that when there is a celebration or event going on, customer service goes down hill.  This was not the case at Charlie Rose.  We were greeted with smiles and asked right away if we needed any help.  Their staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do.   My children play both softball and baseball, so we have a large need for this type of store.  I feel lost when I go into one of the big name chain stores and never seem to get the customer service I am looking for.  At Charlie Rose, I have found that their staff is very knowledgeable and their prices are extremely competitive.  They will answer any questions you may have and make suggestions if you aren't sure exactly what you need.

    Since that opening day we have been back many times for things that we need during the sports seasons.  My son's little league had some trouble getting specific uniforms they needed for the All-Star season, so they turned to Charlie Rose to help them out and the results were phenomenal.  The uniforms looked great and were ready on time and on budget.  I highly recommend supporting this local, family owned business instead of shopping the bigger chain stores or buying online where you can never be sure of the quality you may receive.
