How do I return an item? At Charlie Rose Baseball, you have 30 days to return new and unused bats and
other merchandise. To qualify as new, the baseball bat must be in the original
wrapper and in unused condition for a refund. We will only accept returns that
are new and unused. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items returned. When
returning, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the reason you need to return your bat is a problem with your bat after
using it, then you must follow the manufacturer's warranty provisions. Do not
return the the bat to us. If you need another copy of our "Authorized
Dealer" receipt to get your warranty repair, please contact us and we will
be happy to send you another copy. For returns of new and unused merchandise, you must send it to us within 30
days of purchase. We do not require an RMA number. Just send the package to: Charlie Rose Baseball. 161 Curtner Ave, Campbell Ca. 95008 In your return package, please include the email address or last name that
you ordered with and a copy of your receipt. This will allow us to find your
order. Please include all contact information so we know why you are returning
the item so we can make shopping with Charlie Rose Baseball more satisfactory
in the future. We will issue the refund to your credit card within 3 business days of
receiving your new and unused return. Except for the above return policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Requests for
returns and refunds after 30 days of purchase date will be honored only in our
sole discretion based on compelling evidence that we were at fault. |
