The Muhl Tech Advanced Skills Tee (AST) is unlike any other swing trainer we've seen. It can help experienced players perfect their bat skills and beginning hitters learn proper mechanics and swing path. The forward arm and (optional) outside swing barrier simultaneously eliminate both 'dipping' and 'casting'. The height adjustable swing arm positions the ball anywhere across the strike zone to realistically represent inside and outside pitch locations while the AST stays centered on the plate.
